60 day no charge automated call receiving option for property managers who may be impacted by Coronavirus
EZ Repair Hotline LLC and Diffe.rent are partnering to offer a short-term benefit to property managers that we hope will help mitigate workload or revenue concerns as we navigate through the virus response.
Maintenance calls – for no charge for 60 days (and no further obligation), we will provide a phone bot answer solution that will take the tenant through a new work order request, which will be emailed directly to the property manager or ticketing software if applicable. The tenant may opt out or ask for a human, in which case the call will be routed however you request.
Leasing calls - for no charge for 60 days (and no further obligation), we will provide a phone bot answer solution that will answer calls to your leasing line, answer basic questions (like pets allowed and application process), and text the tenant immediately to schedule a showing (using a link to your self-showing software for example).
Diffe.rent is bearing the cost of the software application, usage rates, and partner technology costs, while EZ is covering the setup costs for these services. Setup is being streamlined for this program to 1-2 days to get started.
